This session will provide an overview of recent updates in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice and research in China. The session will begin with a presentation by Prof. Baoyan Liu, who will discuss recent progress in acupuncture and moxibustion research in China. The remaining session will have three key topics. Firstly, Dr. Yigong Fang will present his clinical experience and research on acupuncture-moxibustion for
infertility during the assisted reproduction process. Secondly, Dr. Jia Liu will share her thoughts and practices on using big data in acupuncture research, with a focus on Acupuncture-Moxibustion Case Registry Study in the real world. Finally, Dr. Xiaorong Chang will discuss the clinical practice, research, and theoretical study of herbal pie separated moxibustion. The panel discussion will focus on promoting global acupuncture research after
the Covid pandemic, including training opportunities, optimal dissemination, and bidirectional research between clinical practice and research.
