, SAR Executive Director, manages all day-to-day organizational activities and long-term planning. For more than 15 years, Ms. Triplett has worked with nonprofits, and companies serving nonprofits, to manage their operations, coordinate conferences, promote their missions and visions via external communications, and maintain smooth-running programs. Experience includes working with the Alliance for Nonprofit Management, the Chordoma Foundation, NonprofitOyster.com, Capability Company, Fairfax-Falls Church United Way, Just Us Kids Dept. of Justice Child Development Center, Patagonia’s Child Development Center, and various project–based consulting assignments across the United States. Ms. Triplett will apply her planning and management expertise to balance the many aspects of SAR’s successful organizational development.

Roni D. Posner
, EdD, experienced and skilled in quality team management, organizational change/growth strategies, with a performance record in revenue generation and cost containment, serves as SAR’s sustainability/growth liaison. Over the course of the past 25 years, Dr. Posner has brought-to-life the strategic plans, aspirations, and intentions of non-profit membership organizations including WomenHeart (the National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease), Financial Women’s International, the Institute for Local Self-Reliance (ILSR), and the Alliance of for Nonprofit Management. Dr. Posner earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Administration, Planning and Social Policy at Harvard University and subsequently received a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Northeastern University. Dr. Posner works with the Board and staff to maintain consistent achievement of our mission and financial objectives and to support the ongoing development of SAR.
