Pathways to Wellness, one of the largest providers of complementary medicine in the US is seeking a highly experienced, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial, and visionary leader who will guide Pathways into its next level of development.  The new Executive Director will provide leadership for a fiscally stable, innovative organization well positioned in the integrative medicine movement and ready to further expand its services. At least 10 years of senior nonprofit management and proven track record of successful organizational growth initiatives is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in heath care management, marketing, and working with diverse communities; is committed to working within participatory team management model; and has excellent facilitative skills.  Candidates of color are encouraged to apply.
